Project Brief

RG Huston acted as the general contractor for this $938,000 dollar Wisconsin Department of Transportation bridge replacement project.

Project Description

This project involved the replacement of the existing Pecatonica River bridge with a new bridge structure while temporarily by-passing the river.  The project also involved the reconstruction of a portion of CTH G which involved blasting and removing rock to meet the new lower highway profile.  This project was a finalist for the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Small Structure of the Year Award.
